Our world class training programs are tailored to you. Effective workouts to build muscle and lose fat are mapped around your schedule and lifestyle. A bespoke seven day nutrition plan incorporating the correct foods for perfect muscle building macros is included. We create an ecosystem to cater for all aspects of a transformation.

Each session is tracked and measured, allowing for ongoing adjustments as you build muscle, strength and fitness.

Monthly metric testing is implemented to ensure the program doesn't plateau and you continue to add muscle and lose body fat.

How long does fat loss take?

Safe and sustainable fat loss is achievable at a rate of 0.5KG weekly MAX. Initial weight loss includes water weight, stored glycogen and excess material in the body (e.g. less food in the stomach).

Safe and sustainable fat loss is is achieved through training, diet and lifestyle. We recommend a period of 12 -24 weeks to build the correct habits and undertaken the necessary training.

What results will I have after 12 weeks?

Our fat loss program is scientifically supported and data driven. You can expect to approximately lose fat of 0.5-0.75KG per fortnight IF full adherence to training, lifestyle and diet is maintained.

Every individual is different and we cannot guarantee results, however our fat loss program regularly delivers these results when adhering to the program.

Do I need to have a certain fitness level?
